The Saturday Collection
Every Maison Natacha commission is a labor of time and intention. Because of the delicate, hand-sculpted nature of our mignardises, we do not utilize standard courier services, but we can help coordinate it with your courier/staff.

How it Works

The Tuesday Drop: Commissions open every Tuesday at 10h00 EST for ten private orders.

The Saturday pick-up: Confirmed orders are available for private collection every Saturday between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Location: Collection takes place with our concierge in the heart of Old Montreal. Specific address and arrival instructions are sent via private "Atelier Confirmation" once your order is placed.

Returns & Artistry
Due to the perishable and bespoke nature of our edible art, all sales are final.
If the collection cannot be completed during the Saturday window, the commission is considered forfeited unless prior arrangements have been confirmed in writing.

An Elegant Pairing: We invite you to pause and savour each bite alongside a curated cup of tea or a deep, dark coffee to fully unveil the intricate notes within.

Dietary & Freshness: * 100% Vegetarian. * The Ritual Timeline: Best enjoyed within 7 days at room temperature. For an Extended Ritual, they may be kept for up to 14 days when stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator.

Ingredients: Organic fine sugar, artisanal glucose, orchard-fresh apple purée and juice, organic egg whites, and plant-derived agar-agar.​​

1. Our Commitment to Discretion Your privacy is treated with the same discretion and care as our handcrafted confections. Maison Natacha does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties, except where strictly required for secure payment processing or legal compliance.

2. Information We Collect Information collected during the commission process is used solely to process payments, confirm commissions, and coordinate atelier collection. This includes:

3. Law 25 Compliance (Quebec) In accordance with Quebec’s Law 25, Maison Natacha has implemented the following:

Q: Why only ten commissions?
A: Each piece is sculpted by hand. Weekly capacity reflects the limits of the atelier.

Q: Can I request a custom color?
A: Customization is reserved for our Bespoke Event Commissions. Our weekly drops feature a curated seasonal palette.
Editorial & Private Commissions
We welcome inquiries for editorial projects and high-end corporate gifting. For commissions exceeding our weekly drop limit, please contact the Atelier directly.
